- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 3-5 years of related experience
- Three or more years of experience implementing requirements, test plans, and test cases
- Solid background in Software Development Lifecycle process
- Familiarity with Jira and Rally tools
- Experience working with Agile methodologies
- Good knowledge of Wireless Network core technology and components
- Familiarity with WiFi Standards (802.11) and features
- Configuration and troubleshooting of an Access Point
- Basic understanding of networking
- Knowledge of IP addressing and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
- Understanding of Network Management protocols – Simple Network Management Protocol and Transfer Control Protocol/Internet Protocol
- Experience with packet capture and analysis with tools like Wireshark and TCPDump
- CWNA and CCNA Certification is a plus
- Three or more years of experience in test case automation
- Experience with scripting languages and tools such as Perl, TCL, Python, Selenium, QTP, Java or VBScripting (one or more)
- Familiarity with basic Shell/Command Line Interface commands
- Self-motivated and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively bridge cross-functional teams and divisions
- Ability to multitask within a dynamic environment where priorities are revised to keep pace with a highly competitive industry
- CWNA and CCNA Certification is a plus
- Experience with packet capture and analysis with tools like Wireshark and TCPDump
