- Identify and resolve paperwork issues by maintaining the agreement issues tracker.
- Distribute seller-executed documents to homebuyers and real estate agents in a timely manner.
- Confirm that all required deposits are collected throughout the homebuilding process.
- Coordinate the closing date with production, sales, and the homebuyer.
- Coordinate and schedule all walkthrough dates.
- Serve as the point of contact for the homebuyer during the closing process.
- Schedule closing with all parties, including the title company and mortgage company, and distribute confirmation letters to all parties.
- Track outside lenders to ensure on-time closing.
- Prepare closing documents with correct pricing and seller fees and distribute them to the title company.
- Ensure all FHA/VA certifications and other documents are ready for closing.
- Review and approve the seller's final settlement statement.
- Prepare and contribute to weekly backlog meetings with production, sales, and mortgage.
- Provide Multiple Listing Service support and perform other sales-related administrative duties as assigned.
- Provide possible notary services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- An associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Experience with JDEdwards E1 or Salesforce is a plus.
- Notary certification is preferred but not required.

Toll Brothers plans 22 Horsham homes from $1.6 million. HORSHAM, PA - Toll Brothers Inc. (NYSE: TOL) plans to add 22 luxury single-family homes in Horsham priced from about $1.6 million, expanding the builder's high-end Montgomery County inventory as site work begins ahead of sales expected in late fall 2026. The Horsham-based homebuilder is developing the Woodford Glen community at 1 Bloomfield Lane, with homes planned on lots averaging more than one acre in a cul-de-sac configuration. The residences are expected to range from about 4,600 to more than 6,600 square feet, with four to five bedrooms and four to six bathrooms, according to the company.
