Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred
  • 2+ years of construction project scheduling experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs required.
  • Certified in construction certifications such as concrete and asphalt.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing, managing and reviewing project documentation, contracts, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction activities, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Review and provide comment on contractor prepared schedules, quantities and cost estimates.
  • Schedule, attend and document project progress and field meetings.
  • Accurately track contractor work progress related to quantities, schedule and budget.
  • Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages.
  • Assist in resolving project-related issues and facilitating communication among teams.
Desired Qualifications
  • Engineer-In-Training (EIT) preferred
  • Understanding of construction scheduling and cost estimating processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with and knowledge of Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project preferred.
