Requirements
- Fluent in English is mandatory
- 7-10 years of content marketing or direct copywriting management experience in B2B and/or SaaS industry
- Experience managing content production for a global organization with strong knowledge of the North American and UK market
- High level of emotional intelligence and people management of geographically dispersed teams
- Clear, effective communicator-verbal and written-with the ability to be persuasive and creative
- Data-driven and accountable for content and SEO performance, with the ability to translate data into insights and to drive strategy for future optimization
- Proficient in reporting across campaign & channel performance, including use of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEOMoz, ScreamingFrog, Storyblock and other analytics, seo, CMS and content optimization tools
- Strong SEO knowledge, from SERP ranking & optimization to, SEO keyword research into content ideation, and influencing organic share
- Project management skills and understanding the priorities of multiple stakeholders in a complex environment and focus on the delivery of results in the form of traffic, leads and sales
Responsibilities
- Build best-in-class content marketing strategies that unlock the potential for us to connect with our future and existing customers by driving traffic, engagement, and leads
- Manage, mentor and inspire a global team across content, video & SEO, and management of other external agencies & freelance personnel
- Lead and support your Content & SEO team in the effective delivery and optimisation of these strategies
- Be accountable for the deliverables and performance of the editorial calendar, aligned with our business growth goals, priority segments and integrated marketing plan
- Drive and support the production of high-quality & creative content fit for the target audience and channel distribution: articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, emails, videos, case studies, presentations, survey reports, web copy and more!
- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our company's tone and mission. You write clean, concise, well-polished copy and take care to govern our brand
- Support the creation and delivery of Aircall's localisation strategy; adapting our global content strategy at a local level
- Continuously measure and report across organic sessions, leads and engagement; create reporting dashboards, conduct QBRs and initiate testing and optimization opportunities in collaboration with marketing ops and revenue teams
- Create processes and frameworks for request intake, prioritization, editorial review, localization and internal communication
