Cambridge International Systems, Inc. is proud to announce that Cambridge International has been awarded the High-Quality Ethics & Compliance (HQP) Program Assessment Credential from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative (ECI) for 2025 - 2026. This prestigious designation recognizes organizations that excel in building, sustaining, and continuously enhancing robust ethics and compliance programs aligned with global best practices. ECI is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing high standards of integrity and promoting strong, effective ethics and compliance programs worldwide. Its HQP Assessment is a rigorous, evidence-based review and is widely regarded as one of the most respected evaluations of organizational ethics and compliance maturity. The credential is awarded only to companies that meet or exceed rigorous benchmarks across five core pillars that define an ethical and high-functioning workplace: * Strategy - Clear alignment between the organization's mission, operations, and ethical commitments * Risk Management - Proactive identification and mitigation of ethics and compliance risks * Culture - A healthy organizational culture where values guide behavior at all levels * Speaking Up - Trusted channels for reporting concerns without fear of retaliation * Accountability - Consistent, fair enforcement of policies and expectations Achieving the HQP credential affirms Cambridge's longstanding dedication to fostering an environment where integrity, transparency, and responsible decision-making are embedded in everyday work. It also highlights the company's commitment to continually strengthening its ethics and compliance framework as Cambridge expands its mission and supports customers around the world. "Earning this recognition from ECI reflects the collective efforts of our teams and leaders, who prioritize ethical behavior and compliance excellence in all that we do," said Amin Said, Cambridge Vice President of Corporate Compliance. "Our commitment to integrity is foundational to our success and our responsibility to customers, partners, and each other." The HQP designation underscores Cambridge's belief that strong ethics are not just a requirement - but a strategic advantage that enables the company to build trust, deliver quality, and uphold its core values in every engagement.
