  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the technology industry, with at least 8 years in Revenue/Sales Operations in the Americas geography
  • Previous experience as the Head of Revenue/Sales Operations for Americas in a high growth software business, preferably in a SaaS business
  • Results-oriented with strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize multiple objectives while meeting aggressive deadlines and financial targets
  • Ability to provide consultative input to Americas SVP and VP Global Revenue Operations regarding performance and productivity analysis
  • Expertise in forecast management, pipeline management, deal structuring, SFDC, analytics, and reporting
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of sales operations and enterprise sales models
  • Experience in data analysis, modeling, and financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Ability to build relationships across all functions of the company
  • Bachelor's degree in business or technology discipline
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets
  • Design and operationalize the Americas GTM Strategy through the Annual Operating Plan
  • Lead the Americas forecast processes and provide quality analytics for the forecast and pipeline strength
  • Set up and lead operational cadence for pipeline reviews, forecast inspection, and key Sales KPIs interpretation
  • Oversee revenue operations activities to achieve company objectives
  • Analyze and assess all aspects of the Americas operations and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Lead Revenue Operations activities for Americas Sales geography
  • Assist Sales Leaders with systems and processes issues and drive continuous process improvements
  • Build, hire, and lead an Operations team to support a fast-growing Americas Sales organization
