10+ years of experience working in an architectural firm on projects that require creativity
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
Experience utilizing Revit or Arc E CAD
Natural leadership and solid communication skills
Fearless, driven, curious and people-oriented

Passion for interior design and architecture
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations

Responsibilities

Create places for people to be great and be equipped with the tools to jump in and help a team
Help challenge the team to grow and achieve more each day as you learn and develop
Work closely with partners, project managers and other members of the Architect team while serving as a mentor to less experienced team members
Work on a wide range of project types within Michigan, and nationally for clients
Interfacing with clients for project meetings
Partner on current projects with the firm and serve as a leader on these projects

DISHER is currently partnering with an experiential design firm in Kalamazoo, Michigan and Grand Rapids, MI that is passionate about creating spaces highly designed for experience. As the Senior Architectural Designer, you will help challenge the team to grow and will bring passion to the pursuit of utilizing design as a powerful tool to celebrate stories for those they engage with.
