Responsibilities
  • Implement and deploy tailored strategies across all critical business functions enterprise-wide
  • Collaborate with various functions and partners to develop, maintain, and enhance Business Continuity Plans and procedures
  • Prioritize and elevate resource needs to enhance recovery time and ensure business application and infrastructure resiliency
  • Facilitate annual exercises, including walkthroughs, tabletops, simulations, and full-scale tests, in coordination with IT disaster recovery
  • Ensure alignment with policies, standards, and procedures in all deliverables
  • Support incident management activities during disruptive events as required
  • Drive commitment, ownership, accountability, and results for Business Continuity Planning with business stakeholders
  • Foster a resilience culture through planning, education, training, and analytics
  • Proactively identify, prioritize, and document critical business functions throughout the business continuity planning lifecycle
  • Design and implement recovery strategies to minimize disruptions to CLEAR operations
  • Validate, test, and identify recovery strategy gaps, communicating results to leadership
  • Coordinate alignment between business continuity and incident management teams for successful operation recovery within acceptable downtime
  • Monitor and track annual compliance, regulatory, and reporting requirements
  • Generate regular and annual compliance reports, metrics, and trend analyses
  • Coordinate business participation in annual testing and planning activities with the Disaster Recovery team
  • Provide support for incident management team activations when required
  • Plan workloads effectively and deliver on commitments
  • Build rapport and gain respect and cooperation from technology and business leaders
