What you’ll do...

We have almost 600 club locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Sam’s Club also has locations in Brazil, China and Mexico. As a Real Estate & Operations intern you’ll learn the fundamentals of the Sam’s Club Real Estate division across Portfolio Management, Facilities Maintenance, Field Execution, Construction and Design, Projects, Design, and Analytics. The Real Estate team is strategically important to Sam’s Club because we ensure we optimize our portfolio of clubs and distribution network which is over 80 million square feet of space.   

Office Environment: Corporate

U.S. Hub Locations: Bentonville, AR

Must be enrolled in an MBA degree program currently
Expected graduation date between December 2023-June 2024
3-5 years of full-time relevant real estate, finance, or consulting experience (excludes internship and research-based roles)
