What You Will Work On:
- Eliciting, documenting, and refining business requirements to ensure they meet stakeholders’ needs.
- Developing and refining process models that map out business workflows, identifying areas for improvement.
- Evaluating the business implications of technology solutions, ensuring they align with business goals.
- Analyzing business systems by reviewing input/output files, data, and scripting logic, providing insights that inform decision-making.
- Defining quality attributes, test cases, and other nonfunctional requirements to ensure that solutions meet the necessary standards.
- Developing an understanding of business systems by analyzing their associated input and output files and data, scripting logic, and other system artifacts.
- Effectively disseminate technical requirements and language to business stakeholders, as appropriate.

- Program and project managers, product owners and other team members in providing clarity of requirements and how it relates to the business objectives.

Examples of What You Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in exceptional leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, and proven project delivery.
- Fundamental and demonstrable understanding of analysis methodologies used in business settings.
- Experience with business process mapping and Lean process development.
- Experience executing project-based work in an agile and/or waterfall environment.
- Experience working with technology, ERP and CRM experience preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate innovation when evaluating the business implications of technology solutions.
- Consistent demonstrated ability to bring structure to complex, unstructured environments.
- Experience navigating, communicating, and managing expectations of a variety of stakeholders.
- Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with the ambiguity that is often found within the start-up environment.
- Can effectively track an organization’s digital footprint.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, Python, R and other common scripting languages preferred.
- Demonstrated strong presentation, facilitation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- You are potentially available to travel for consulting engagements to all the markets we serve.

Salaries vary and are dependent on considerations such as: experience and specific skills/certifications. The base plus target bonus total compensation range for this role is $95,000 to $125,000. Additional compensation beyond this range is available as a result of leadership and business development opportunities. Salary details are discussed openly during the hiring process.
Work Environment:
TGG is headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and has team members living in various locations across the United States. Our clients’ onsite and travel requirements vary—some may require daily onsite visits, while others might be monthly, quarterly, or as needed. Because of this, our consultants must be adaptable, with the ability to travel and work both remotely and onsite. Each engagement has unique conditions, and we work collaboratively with both our client and team members regarding onsite and travel requirements.
