Who We Are
WillowTree, a TELUS International Company, is an award-winning digital product consultancy driven by innovation and grounded in strategy and user-centric design. We create long-term partnerships with the world’s leading brands to build and design digital flagship products crucial to our clients’ business needs. We’re a global consultancy with a client list that includes the NBA, Capital One, Mastercard, Charles Schwab, PepsiCo, AB InBev, Marriott, Domino’s, and many more. Ultimately we measure ourselves by the outcomes we achieve for our clients.
In January 2023, WillowTree was acquired by TELUS International (Symbol: TIXT). The combined company brings an unparalleled ability to deliver customer service solutions to our clients, including apps, websites, voice experiences, content moderation, AI annotation, and customer experience representatives.
Location and Flexibility
When team members told us they needed more flexibility and autonomy around where and how they worked, we acted, creating two options to accommodate two different styles of work. One non-negotiable principle along the way? We had to retain our deep culture of collaboration, both among ourselves and with our clients. Introducing Work From Near (Hybrid) and Work From Anywhere (Remote) at WillowTree. Learn more here.
This role is classified as Work From Near (Hybrid), and a significant in-office presence is expected in order to assist in developing the deep culture of collaboration both among ourselves and with our clients.
The Opportunity
Our organizational "Branch" structure allows us to scale mentorship, maintain client intimacy, and foster a cohesive culture as our company grows. WillowTree Branches operate as major business units, each with a total of 80–150 multidisciplinary team members allocated to several clients.
Each Branch is led by three peer Partners and VPs, each representing an integral part of our delivery at WillowTree—Program Management & Product Architecture, Engineering, and Product Design (what we call the Triforce). They lead the success and operation of the Branch and all that it entails such as the leadership of their team, client relationships, product delivery, and financial results.
The VP of Program Management will lead our Vancouver, British Columbia branch.
With your Branch Lead peers, you’ll coach teams to optimally deliver quality products to our clients while championing a culture of engagement, collaboration, and inclusion. You’ll build relationships with executive client partners to support their digital transformation efforts and identify ways to grow our work together. You’ll apply your knowledge of software development, team leadership, client management, and product strategy to implement and continuously improve processes both internally and with our clients.
