Finastra named Nacha Preferred Partner for its ACH services.

Finastra named Nacha Preferred Partner for its ACH services. Nacha has named Finastra a Preferred Partner for its ACH solutions: ACH Experience, ISO 20022, and Risk and Fraud Prevention. Nacha has named Finastra a Preferred Partner for its ACH solutions: ACH Experience, ISO 20022, and Risk and Fraud Prevention. The designation recognises Finastra's ACH-related payments technology and its alignment with Nacha's strategy of advancing the ACH Network. Nacha's Preferred Partner Program is open to technology solution providers whose offerings support this goal. Finastra's ACH offerings, Global PAYplus and Payments To Go, are positioned to help financial institutions move from traditional batch processing toward a more scalable and adaptive operating model. Its cloud-native payments platform is built to support increasing ACH transaction volume and velocity, including continued growth in Same Day ACH. The partnership comes as the ACH Network, including Same Day ACH, has shown sustained growth, a trend Nacha said continued through the first half of 2026. Jane Larimer, Nacha President and CEO, declared that the organisation sees further room for expansion in the network and welcomed Finastra's addition as a Preferred Partner. Additionally, Barry Rodrigues, EVP Payments, Finastra, said the designation reflects the company's work supporting financial institutions in updating their ACH infrastructure. According to Finastra, its ACH solutions are designed to support Same Day ACH, readiness for ISO 20022, and alignment with evolving Nacha requirements as transaction volumes and integration expectations continue to rise. The Preferred Partner categories awarded to Finastra (ACH Experience, ISO 20022, and Risk and Fraud Prevention) point to three areas Nacha has identified as priorities for the ACH Network. ISO 20022 is a global messaging standard that supports richer, more structured payment data, and financial institutions across multiple payment rails have been preparing systems to accommodate it. Risk and fraud prevention capabilities remain a focus for ACH participants as transaction volumes and use cases expand, increasing the surface area for potential fraud. The Nacha Preferred Partner Program is intended to connect financial institutions with technology providers whose products support ACH Network priorities such as Same Day ACH adoption, ISO 20022 readiness, and risk management. For financial institutions, formal recognition from Nacha can serve as a reference point when evaluating vendors for ACH modernisation projects. The addition of Finastra to the program reflects a broader movement within the payments industry toward cloud-based, scalable infrastructure capable of handling higher transaction volumes and faster settlement expectations tied to Same Day ACH. As the ACH Network continues to expand, technology providers offering integration flexibility and compliance readiness are likely to remain relevant to financial institutions managing this transition...
