  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate must be license eligible in New Hampshire.
  • The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • The candidate must have strong knowledge of evidence-based treatment practices.
  • The candidate must be able to work effectively with justice-involved populations.
  • The candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • The candidate must be proficient with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct screenings to determine eligibility for Recovery Court programming.
  • Complete comprehensive assessments using American Society of Addiction Medicine criteria and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
  • Respond to client crises and provide support during emergencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with case managers, probation and parole officers, recovery coaches, and court staff to develop integrated care plans.
  • Communicate client progress and clinical updates to the multidisciplinary team and court system.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic health record.
  • Use required databases and systems to document services and outcomes in accordance with contractual requirements.
  • Meet productivity and service delivery expectations.
  • Adhere to agency policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in substance use disorder and co-occurring treatment is preferred.
