OpenTable connects diners with a variety of restaurants through its online reservation service. Users can browse different dining options, read reviews, view menus, and make reservations easily. The platform is free for diners, allowing them to find and book tables at their favorite restaurants. Restaurants benefit from OpenTable by paying a subscription fee to be listed and may incur additional charges based on the number of reservations made. This dual revenue model helps OpenTable maintain a steady income while providing valuable tools for restaurants to manage bookings and optimize seating. OpenTable is part of Booking Holdings, which enhances its market reach and infrastructure. The goal of OpenTable is to simplify the dining experience for users and support restaurants in growing their business.
