Applications Support Coordinator--Noblesville, Indiana
DISHER is currently partnering with a world leader in CNC machine manufacturing to fill their Applications Support Coordinator role. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the internal Applications and Installations Departments, and working directly with external customers to create solutions.

What you will get to do:
- Answers all incoming application/install related calls and emails. If necessary, enters customer information into the ERP system.
- Monitors the applications/install email boxes to ensure timely responses to customers and internal team members by creating service tickets and processing P.O.s as necessary.
- Responsible for coordinating the weekly schedule and other daily activities within the department.
- Records meeting minutes and follows up on the assigned tasks.
- Organizes Apps storage location, project carts, and updates records as needed.
- Works with the Install Lead to coordinate the shipment of fixtures and tools needed for infield installations.
- Notifies and confirms with customers weekly support for the following week.
- Assists with travel arrangements
- Assists with customer visits including hospitality and enhancing the customer experience.
- Manages the Application and Install Indtranet site.
- Audits all application engineer’s expense reports.
- Requests standard tooling quotes from vendors and submits requisition while monitoring order and delivery progress.
- Provides standard quotations for customer training.

- Education– high school diploma; and two year’s experience and/ or training
- Tools– Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), SAP/ ERP system experience preferred
