Responsibilities
  • Translate medical strategy into a clear, executable field plan aligned with pre-launch and launch priorities.
  • Contribute to territory planning, key opinion leader identification, and stakeholder engagement strategies across regions.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality scientific exchange across the team, including disease-state education and product-data communication.
  • Support clinical and account readiness efforts, including site preparedness, patient identification, and integration into clinical practice.
  • Monitor field activity and adapt strategy based on evolving insights and market dynamics.
  • Support territory alignment and resource-deployment strategies to ensure optimal coverage of key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Support the evolution of field medical strategy across the product lifecycle, from pre-launch readiness through post-launch adoption and expansion.
  • Maintain direct relationships with key national and regional key opinion leaders, investigators, and thought leaders.
  • Lead high-impact scientific engagements, including advisory boards, congress interactions, and complex clinical discussions.
  • Serve as a scientific leader within the organization, ensuring credibility and consistency in external interactions.
  • Support the identification and development of emerging influencers and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee the collection, synthesis, and communication of field insights to inform medical and cross-functional strategy.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Development, Commercial, and Market Access to ensure alignment and effective execution.
  • Translate field insights into actionable recommendations that shape launch strategy, evidence generation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of medical materials, training, and strategic initiatives as needed.
  • Represent the external medical community by translating field insights into strategic recommendations that inform medical and cross-functional decision-making.
