Requirements
  • BS Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Must have at least ten years of experience in the management of staff augmented and temporary personnel
  • Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five years
  • Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience developing and delivering presentations to target audiences
  • Experience working with diverse groups across large organizations
  • 5+ years in an advanced management role (program management experience preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position
  • BS in Business Administration or related field
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing
  • Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
  • Ability to plan, track and manage budgets for projects
  • Experience staffing and recruiting strategic resources
  • US Citizenship potentially required (listed as desirable)
  • Willing to undergo background investigations up to DOE Q clearance (as applicable)
  • Facility Access Authorization eligibility (as applicable)

Responsibilities
  • Provide management support to Project Operations and Project Management
  • Effectively manage client engagement and project risks while ensuring client deliverables are achieved through strategic resourcing and staffing qualified engagement team personnel to fulfill each task order
  • Plan, track and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects
  • Lead, support, and collaborate with senior managers and client engagement team members in the completion of project objectives
  • Manage potentially dozens to hundreds of people involved
  • Properly budget for projects and manage costs
  • Responsible for recruitment and staffing of strategic resources
  • Responsible for submitting quoted rates, managing cost and resource rates while ensuring compliance and client reporting requirements
  • Set and review program goals, review the technical content of engineering assessments, and train and develop engineering staff
  • Streamline processes to produce more efficient progress
  • Work as an Entry Level Project Manager
  • Plan, track and report on the performance of multiple ongoing projects
  • Write up detailed, quality reports with metrics for senior managers and client engagement team members
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
  • Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
  • Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity
  • Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Identify key requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business administration or related field
  • Previous stakeholder management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
  • Proven proposal writing experience
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)
  • All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization
  • May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement
  • Background investigation requirements up to Top Secret or Department of Energy Q clearance
  • 3.6 Personnel Qualifications/Certifications related requirements (Nuclear safety, criticality, radiological engineering, health physics, fire protection, or engineering technical support)
  • 3.6.1 Nuclear and Criticality Safety experience preferred
  • 3.6.2 Fire Protection qualifications
  • 3.6.3 Engineering Technical Support experience
