Requirements
  • Previous work-study experience is required.
  • A CAP and BP-level qualification in aesthetics, cosmetics, or perfumery is desired.
  • Experience in an institute providing hair-removal services and facial and body treatments is required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable speaking publicly.
  • Knowledge and mastery of eye-area treatments is appreciated.
  • The candidate must demonstrate listening skills, dynamism, motivation, pedagogical ability, organization, rigor, kindness, and autonomy.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver training sessions in France covering hair removal, eye-area services, and facial and body treatments.
  • Provide training at the school to student audiences.
  • Provide training at headquarters and in regional locations to professional audiences.
  • Conduct tests related to product and technique development.
  • Participate in promotional sessions, events, and trade shows.
  • Provide daily reporting on training sessions to the manager.
  • Continuously monitor the aesthetics market.
  • Maintain the brand image and provide after-sales service on social media for customers and prospects.
  • Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to deliver and develop training sessions.
