Atmosera has completed a strategic transaction to combine with Hikru, a Costa Rica-based technology services firm, expanding its Microsoft-focused platform across the Americas. The deal adds engineering talent and strengthens Atmosera's ability to support enterprise modernization initiatives across Azure, data and AI platforms, software engineering, and managed services. Atmosera, a Microsoft Azure Expert MSP based in Oregon, serves enterprise clients across cloud modernization, security operations and AI enablement. The combination with Hikru extends its engineering capabilities across Latin America, from the Southern Cone to Mexico and the Caribbean. Hikru's clients will continue working with existing teams whilst gaining access to Atmosera's broader capabilities.
