Requirements
  • Significant Programme Controls experience delivering infrastructure programmes.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios for utility or energy clients.
  • Expertise in PMO design and implementation, governance, reporting, risk, cost and change management.
  • Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and leading programme governance.
  • A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Hold, or be working towards, a recognised professional qualification such as APM, PMI, MSP, or an equivalent industry accreditation.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Programme Controls across a portfolio of Critical Infrastructure projects, including cable connections, substation developments, and commissioning.
  • Establish and implement Programme Controls and PMO frameworks to support successful programme delivery.
  • Provide strategic oversight of programme governance, reporting, planning, risk, cost, schedule and change management.
  • Develop executive reporting and performance dashboards, providing insight to senior client stakeholders.
  • Drive programme planning, road mapping and performance tracking across multiple projects.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, contractors and delivery partners.
  • Lead, mentor and develop high-performing Programme Controls teams.
  • Support business development and bid activities across the Energy sector.
