Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the advertising, marketing, or entertainment
  • 2+ years of experience directly managing individuals or teams
  • Extensive portfolio of creative work addressing complex storytelling challenges

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with creatives and strategists to develop insights-driven concepts, content, and storytelling
  • Lead and manage brand messaging, copy, and content for advertising and branded content
  • Develop presentation materials throughout content development and campaigns
  • Manage a team of writers ensuring projects are on-brand and on-track
  • Balance multiple in-house and external client projects with tight deadlines
  • Elevate work quality by setting high standards and articulating creative opportunities
  • Maintain positive client relationships and become an expert on brands
  • Provide recommendations on creative collaborators for projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies supporting creative concepts
  • Promote a positive creative culture through teamwork and leadership
  • Prioritize and staff projects, delegate swiftly, and mentor team members
  • Collaborate with Resourcing team to develop in-house and freelance copywriting team
  • Define the vision for the copy team with Creative Operations and CCO
