Our Retail Ad Network Sales Lead role is responsible for owning and expanding the relationship with our CPG partners, managing the contracting process, go to market selling material, win / loss analysis, and influence product development. This quota carrying role provides direction to the sales organization regarding the ad networks marketplace benefits and works cross functionally with Strategy and Insights, Finance, Operations, and our Product Team to deliver on the business plan.

We drive business success for brands and retailers while also enhancing shopper education, discovery, and savings opportunities. We work closely with CPG sales leads, both shopper-dedicated and general to maximize the business for both our retail partners and our advertisers.
What you’ll do:
- Strive to generate maximum adoption and retention of Quotient Retail Ad Network with Retailers and CPGs
- Collaborate with the CPG sales organization to build plans that meet sales quotas
- Lead creation of new product content with the GTM team
- Key executor of the Quotient multi-year strategy for growth at retailers. Give continuous feedback on the product and process roadmap to grow based on the fit between Quotient capabilities and retailer strategic priorities
- Grow knowledge retail ad network with CPGs Sales Managers and Specialists to create a strong bench of talent in anticipation of future growth
- Partner on multi-functional work across GTM, Product, Operations, and Finance to execute and implement Quotient products at the retailer/s
- Participate in the JBP process with the retailers, driving alignment to join goals and action plans
What you’ll bring:
- 7+ Years of Experience in CPG, Retail and/or Digital Marketing
- 5+ Years of Sales Experience and Success
- 3+ Years of Experience directly managing teams
- Proven ability to build and grow strategic relationships with senior marketers
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in negotiating, influencing and lead a multi-functional team
- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail, analytics mindset, and ability to drive a timeline
- Knowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniques
