Responsibilities
  • Provide clear direction and objectives to the cross-functional portfolio team to achieve portfolio objectives, adherence to plan (on time in full) and to all cost and quality targets.
  • Manage Tier 2 meetings to review KPIs, highlight issues and drive the team to resolve and escalate issues as needed.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders including Area Managers, Supervisors, Cell Leads, and customer-facing members.
  • Effectively drive the team to develop and communicate the production plan and ensure adherence to schedules and beat rate management.
  • Develop detailed plans covering all aspects of the production process, monitor and control plan adherence, and drive the portfolio forward to achieve committed schedules.
  • Drive activities to reduce costs, and activate projects to increase profit.
  • Manage portfolio risks, champion risk mitigation activities, and ensure engagement from all areas of the business.
  • Support the Programme Manager in day-to-day customer interactions and ensure clear communication of site/business objectives.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in programme management is preferred but not essential.
