Responsibilities
  • Set demand generation goals and budgets aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies, including account-based marketing, media buying, digital advertising, event marketing, SEO, and more.
  • Oversee and coordinate all demand generation activities, ensuring alignment and optimization across channels.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and inform demand generation strategy.
  • Develop and execute growth experiments to test new marketing channels and tactics.
  • Measure and analyze demand generation performance using key metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize demand generation campaigns and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Manage the demand generation budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of demand generation and content marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, engineering) to ensure alignment and optimize demand generation efforts.
