Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering digital products or product portfolios across B2B, B2C, or B2B2C contexts within financial services.
  • Strong domain knowledge across lending, payments, savings, insurance, pensions, advisory, wealth management, and investments.
  • Experience delivering digital products that incorporate AI-enabled capabilities or data-driven features.
  • Experience using AI tools to support product activities such as discovery, research, prioritisation, or stakeholder communication.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and senior client stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Lead financial services client engagements, partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional Capco teams locally and globally.
  • Define and deliver product strategies, identifying opportunities to incorporate AI where it enhances customer outcomes and business value.
  • Own products end to end across the full lifecycle- from discovery through delivery and iteration-across lending, payments, savings, wealth management, advisory, onboarding, servicing, and customer communications.
  • Identify and prioritise product opportunities, including AI-enabled capabilities where appropriate, delivering measurable commercial and customer impact.
  • Partner with engineering, data, architecture, risk, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, production-ready products that meet regulatory, control, and assurance standards.
