Required Skills

  • Confirmed ability to effectively influence, lead, collaborate with, and motivate others at all levels
  • Strong team, business, project, and people management skills
  • Experience in negotiating transactions involving SaaS
  • Creative thinker with the ability to solve complex problems while balancing legal risks with business needs
  • Demonstrated ability to change directions and re-prioritize work to meet new proposed outcomes

  • Manage and scale a team of legal professionals
  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and SaaS sales agreements
  • Provide practical, commercial advice to global sales executives and internal stakeholders
  • Create and manage education, information, and training programs for the sales and success organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies
  • Advise on GTM strategy and planning
  • Advise on potential impacts of new law developments and industry trends
  • Be accountable to sales and partnerships teams ensuring continuous high performance
  • Onboard, train, and manage outside counsel
  • Maintain and continuously refine forms, playbooks, guidelines, and other tools essential to the GTM legal function
