Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Work with Department of Defense and other federal healthcare organizations to study and understand the organizational mission, vision, value proposition, strategic focus areas, operating models, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Apply this understanding to define problems, develop solutions, and implement solutions to improve organizational performance.
  • Leverage previous experiences and industry best practices to identify the client's most challenging issues and generate options to mitigate and resolve these issues.
  • Improve, refine, and develop processes and integrate them into daily operations.
  • Conduct benchmark analyses, develop conclusions, generate strategic recommendations, document findings, author client presentations, and ensure the timely and successful execution of deliverables.
