Active Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication
Bachelor's degree in aerospace, aeronautical, astronautical, mechanical engineering or related fields
5 years' experience supporting Department of Defense or Intelligence Community as an aerospace engineer
Familiarity with AFSIM, AMBER, EWIRD, ITASE, and TMAP
Familiarity with MATLAB and SOLIDWORKS
Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and ability to work independently and as a team player
Excellent communication, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills
Open to occasional travel

Responsibilities

Validate/verify aeronautical characteristics and performance of select aircraft (fixed and rotary) and missiles (air and ground launched)
Evaluate production workflows and software tools; identify enhancement opportunities to increase efficiencies and effectiveness
Prototype models using a variety of applications
Support program/project management activities as a secondary function

Desired Qualifications

Familiarity with National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) intelligence analysis and production processes
Familiarity with various NASIC contract vehicles such as ATEP II, MEGASTAR, NOVASTAR and COMET
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Service Now, and MS Power BI
Master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history or related field
Professional certifications in project management, contracting, requirements management, and/or lifecycle logistics (e.g. PMP, DAWIA)

Riverside Research is seeking a full-time Aerospace Engineer to support the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. This position will be part of a multi-disciplinary team supporting modeling and simulation activities. Candidates must be proficient in standard office software applications and capable of devising practical and sustainable solutions.
