Job Description
Condé NastTraveler is seeking an Commerce Producer to support the Condé Nast Traveler Commerce team. This person is a quick learner of software, very comfortable working from an editorial calendar, and can quickly build web content in a fast-paced environment.
This person will work with the Condé Nast Traveler Commerce team to create product galleries, articles, and pages on a daily basis. They will be responsible for supporting production for ad hoc commerce team projects across platforms, including web, newsletter, and social. They will also be responsible for using internal systems to hardcode, identify and fix broken links, out-of-stock items, as well as text and image formatting revisions. This role will oversee the build of Condé Nast Traveler’s shopping newsletter, and keep Shopping landing pages up to date. An interest in writing retail content will be extremely beneficial.
Responsibilities
Build commerce products, articles, and galleries for cntraveler.com
Act as a liaison between editors and visuals team for photo needs
Take inventory of products and update sold out items, sale prices, available colors, etc.
Maintain database of hotel reviews across Condé Nast Traveler’s global markets for syndication purposes
Maintain regular compliance checks for points and miles content
Work with the Condé Nast Traveler commerce team to identify affiliate link optimizations
Update production workflow calendars, production manuals, and process one-sheets
Build and deploy commerce newsletters
Write commerce content as time allows
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills, self-directed work style, and polished communication skills
Comfort working with CMSs; knowledge of Copilot a plus but not required
Interest in writing and copy-editing preferred
Basic understanding of Sailthru preferred
A self-starter who relishes the opportunity to accelerate the growth of Conde Nast’s commerce business
This is a guild position.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $68,000-$93,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
