Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Strong quantitative or analytical fluency is required.
  • Expertise in Google Suite and Google Sheets is required.
  • Five to ten years of experience in digital marketing, business operations, consulting, strategy, or a related leadership field is required.
  • Experience working in global organizations serving enterprise and/or small and medium-sized business clients is required.
  • Direct experience as a Chief of Staff or in an equivalent role is required.
  • Strong people-management experience, including the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams, is required.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with C-level executives is required.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments is required.

  • Deep understanding of the digital marketing technology ecosystem, platforms, and industry trends is required.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the CEO's trusted right hand and execute organizational priorities and key decisions.
  • Translate the CEO's vision into actionable, measurable plans for global operations.
  • Serve as the first escalation point for issues requiring CEO-level visibility or alignment.
  • Lead planning cycles, quarterly business reviews, annual operating plans, and cross-company goal-setting activities.
  • Craft solutions that balance business, employee, and client needs.
  • Produce monthly quarterly business reviews tied to measurable metrics and summaries.
  • Partner with Human Resources to align business and people strategy.
  • Use data and insights to create governance and frameworks.
  • Learn from and derive insights from Salesforce, Mavenlink/Kantata, and Google Suite.
  • Drive operational rhythm and governance across the company.
  • Develop frameworks, processes, and operating models that improve efficiency, transparency, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Identify organizational gaps, risks, and opportunities, and build recommendations for structure, resourcing, and execution.
  • Gather actions and next steps from meetings and execute on behalf of the CEO.
  • Set the strategic and logistical framework for offsites, CEO travel requirements, and ad hoc projects.
  • Provide updates and summaries efficiently without requiring constant follow-up.
  • Track ideation and strategy and translate them into sensible next steps for the business.
  • Build decks for the CEO.
  • Attend industry calls, capture next steps, and execute them.
  • Directly manage reports to the CEO, ranging from junior to senior profiles, as needed.
  • Complete execution and administrative tasks on behalf of the CEO.
  • Own executive communication materials, including CEO updates, board decks, requests for information/request for proposal materials, strategy presentations, and company-wide communications.
  • Ensure consistent, aligned messaging across global regions and business units.
  • Represent the CEO in key internal meetings, client interactions, and strategic discussions where appropriate.
  • Build relationships across global partnerships, client partners, and external vendor partners.
Desired Qualifications
  • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Mavenlink/Kantata, Marketo, or equivalent is highly recommended.
  • Ability to learn quickly, work autonomously, receive and provide direct communication, and own outcomes.
