Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of customer identity proofing, customer authentication, and risk based access controls at Avant.
  • Supervise a team of product professionals and jointly manage the agile development process alongside dedicated engineering teams.
  • Oversee the effectiveness of Avant’s Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) framework, which supports a multi-product offering through a centralized customer data platform.
  • Build reporting dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of control systems.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of a centralized identity management service for storing and retrieving customer information.
  • Establish and manage third party vendor relationships.
  • Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for digital identity solutions and the integration of Avant’s CIAM services.
  • Define Avant’s strategy for account recovery and ensuring account uniqueness.
  • Manage the documentation and execution of business cases, including the analysis of options and the projection of returns on investment.
