Requirements
  • Graduation in Engineering / equivalent with relevant experience
  • 2+ years of E-commerce experience in Digital creative content Quality assurance
  • Expertise in validating creative pages / components across mobile, tablet and desktop
  • Experience in working on creative issues / bug tracking tools (JIRA, BugZilla or equivalent)
  • Eye for details, experience in RCA and knowledge in structured problem solving
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Flexible to work in different time zones / weekend roasters.
  • Adapt to new business requirements and changes.
Responsibilities
  • Cross functional collaboration: Fosters strong stakeholder relationships across Creative, Producer and Project management teams.
  • Retail digital acumen: Understands final creative experience, brand guidelines / style guides.
  • Testing: Executes Category routes validations, Site refresh validations, Live Site validations, Promotion validations, functional validations, Site placement launch validations.
  • Data extraction and reporting: Owns issue log data, handles basic SQL queries to extract periodic data for reporting.
  • Problem solving: Data analysis, critical thinking, performs RCA and drives corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participates in War rooms and holds feedback sessions with stakeholders.
  • Leverages QA expertise to uplift Site experience.
