Requirements
- Proven track record of extensive B2B product marketing experience in the Enterprise Software space-proven understanding of the Luxury and e-Commerce industries a plus
- A respected people leader who can inspire others, and successfully build and grow high-performance teams
- You are an experienced project manager with excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties
- Strong public speaker, comfortable in front of senior groups and a solid writer
- Obtain insights into customers' usage of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data
- GTM (go-to-market) oriented that loves planning: create and support promotion plan which includes the definition of collaterals, product briefs as features
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Product Marketers with laser focus on measurable outcomes, in order to demonstrate impact to the business and identify opportunities to further scale the team for the longer term
- Build on positioning and messaging to set our platform apart and leverage its unique selling points attributes to allow demand generation and sales to leverage conversions
- Craft and execute a holistic GTM (go-to-market) strategy that you will execute working in collaboration with all FPS functional teams
- Build a best-in-class market and competitive intelligence methodology to inform our positioning and GTM strategy
- Educate internal and external stakeholders on our platform features and its benefits
- Coordinate the production of various types of content to explain the benefits of our platform - sales collateral (MOFU/BOFU), product videos, demo scripts, and website copy; Guide process for ongoing website improvements and ensure execution is according to the product marketing framework guidelines
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of the product and develop sales enablement tools that facilitate the selling process
- Own customer marketing programs, including reference calls with customers and building customer success stories and case studies that can be used in joint webinars
- Promote the story of our platform to internal and external audiences in online/offline events
- Contribute to the process of evaluating campaigns using relevant KPIs and feedback from interviews with existing customers
