Responsibilities
  • Complete data entry for new business, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Keep accurate and current records in designated systems accessible to others.
  • Update routine reports and understand the information.
  • Perform routine clerical duties.
  • Manually rate all lines of coverage, including nonautomated and infrequent coverages, as needed.
  • Seek relevant information and answers to key questions from defined sources.
  • Gather input and make recommendations to solve moderately complex problems.
  • Apply knowledge to help solve problems of relatively limited scope and complexity.
  • Respond quickly, maintain a positive attitude, build rapport, demonstrate empathy, manage customer expectations, use the proper communication channel, and take ownership to ensure customer issues are resolved.
  • Frequently contact internal departments and team members.
  • Perform special projects and other assigned duties.
