Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on artificial intelligence or automation development or technical implementation experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience across software development, product management, automation, analytics, business systems, consulting, or operational transformation.
  • Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Workato, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous operational problems from discovery through process redesign, minimum viable product development, validation, and scale.
  • Strong system design and product management skills, with the ability to build reliable, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting, data processing, analysis, integrations, and automation.
  • Experience working with application programming interfaces, webhooks, databases, cloud platforms, software-as-a-service systems, and data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence application programming interfaces, large language models, prompt engineering, artificial intelligence agents, retrieval-based systems, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • Experience with OpenAI, Codex, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, Replit, Retool, or Vercel.
  • Experience with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot, and email infrastructure such as SendGrid or Instantly.
  • Strong analytical skills, including defining key performance indicators, establishing baselines, building dashboards, and measuring business impact.
  • Strong business judgment and the ability to translate operational problems into practical technical solutions.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
  • A hands-on, high-ownership approach with speed, curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and a strong bias toward execution.
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate internal processes, systems, data flows, and team handoffs to identify gaps, duplication, manual work, and inefficiencies.
  • Determine whether each opportunity requires process redesign, automation, an internal tool, a system enhancement, or a combination of approaches.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on productivity, cost, speed, quality, feasibility, and scalability.
  • Map current-state workflows and design simpler, more efficient future-state processes.
  • Challenge legacy processes rather than automating inefficient ways of working.
  • Build prototypes, automations, internal applications, dashboards, integrations, and artificial-intelligence-enabled workflows.
  • Test solutions with internal users, collect feedback, and iterate quickly.
  • Measure improvements in productivity, turnaround time, cost, accuracy, quality, or process capacity.
  • Drive artificial-intelligence-enabled process transformation across internal functions.
  • Partner with relevant teams to scale successful solutions across Product, Technology, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Content, Finance, Human Resources, and other internal functions.
