Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative at a SaaS startup
- Track record of successful lead generation and achieving sales quotas
- Knowledge of: Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, LinkedIn, Hubspot, ZoomInfo
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self starter who can work independently
- Process and detail-oriented, yet comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of interest in healthcare
- Hunter mentality
- Open-minded, curious and positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Find companies that match our criteria as being potential customers
- Partner with our outbound sales team to generate new business
- Conduct thorough and effective lead qualification to ensure alignment with our target customer
- Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their pain points and needs
- Conduct multi-faceted sales outreach to our ideal customer profile (ICP)
- Manage your own opportunities by utilizing CRM, email and outreach tools and resources to cultivate and maintain your pipeline
- Work closely with our Head of Business Development to schedule meetings
- Occasionally run initial qualification calls for smaller accounts
- Working strategically with Marketing to qualify inbound sourced leads & AEs on breaking into top tier accounts
- Take ownership of individual performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
