Requirements

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • CISA, CRISC or a CISSP is required.

Responsibilities
  • Support the GCS Fusion Security & Operations (FSO) leads in the coordination of complex regulatory interactions, including in-depth regulatory exams and ad hoc requests. Coordination activities include project management of exams, oversight, and review of regulatory materials prior to submission, managing stakeholder participation and presentations, overseeing follow up regulatory requests, and ensuring logistical needs are covered.
  • Assist with regulatory feedback and key findings in key management reports provided to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Attend regulatory meetings as representative of the Risk organization on regulatory matters. Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts of the FSO teams to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relations.
  • Advises findings owners of remediation scope and risk reduction strategies.
  • Advises finding owners of remediation success & acceptance criteria to resolve regulatory/audit findings.
  • Works with findings owners to develop short-term/long-term remediation plans - through compensating and mitigating controls.
  • Evidence type, identification methodology/collection, & evaluation.
  • Manages repository of FSO regulatory/audit response documentation.
