Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in Finance.
  • Experience in Enterprise SaaS preferred.
  • Strong background in finance, accounting, or business (BBA/MBA preferred).
  • Highly analytical with proven expertise in financial modeling for SaaS companies.
  • Experience using Salesforce, NetSuite, or other financial reporting tools.
  • Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to structure solutions to complex challenges.
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation, curiosity, and a drive to influence business strategy.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, including annual budgeting cycles and ongoing monitoring of actual performance versus budget.
  • Analyze performance variances and identify key drivers to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Drive financial planning efforts across revenue, headcount, and operating expenses.
  • Develop and present financial reports and business performance insights to the President, leadership team, and Board.
  • Track and analyze key financial metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally to enhance business operations and support the execution of new initiatives.
  • Take on additional financial planning and analytical responsibilities as needed in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
