Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of customer service experience with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, business correspondence, and governmental regulations presented in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to create business-level written correspondence and verbally present information to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
  • Serve customers and government agencies through a call center.
  • Provide product and sales information, process quotes and sales orders, and coordinate product delivery and installation.
  • Work independently and on teams to develop, improve, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the Sales team by increasing sales and resolving product and service concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of company product lines, product functionality, prices, lead times, delivery schedules, and freight carriers.
  • Respond verbally and in writing to customer requests by telephone, mail, email, and fax.
  • Interpret and assess customer requests and recommend applicable products to provide mobility solutions suited to customer needs.
  • Perform frequent customer follow-up to ensure solutions are timely and accurate.
  • Initiate and maintain accurate sales data, gather data, and create reports for management and government agencies.
  • Use problem-solving skills for work that is not clearly defined, create work instructions, maintain organized records, and work systematically and efficiently.
  • Conduct and record post-sale follow-up results with customers.
  • Use decision-making skills to expedite customer inquiries and orders accurately.
  • Develop process-improvement recommendations that identify solutions and create standardized work.
  • Handle confidential business matters, perform accurate work, meet goals within deadlines, and collaborate respectfully and with integrity.

  • Associate degree in a business-related field.
  • Experience in a call-center environment.
  • Experience with the Epicor enterprise resource planning system.
  • Experience with Salesforce customer relationship management system.
