  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, International Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with a strong preference for experience in development finance or a related field.
  • Experience developing and implementing successful learning agendas.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of learning needs within OCI to identify key areas where learning and knowledge sharing can enhance the DFC’s ability to deploy catalytic capital and expand its strategic risk-taking.
  • Develop a comprehensive Learning Agenda that aligns with OCI's strategic objectives and facilitates the diffusion of best practices and innovation approaches across the DFC.
  • Collaborate with OCI's specialized team of investment officers and other DFC departments to ensure the Learning Agenda reflects a holistic understanding of the Office and Agency's learning needs.
  • Design and implement a scalable framework for the Learning Agenda, including actionable steps, resource allocation plans, and evaluation metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning sessions, workshops, and seminars that promote the principles and objectives of OCI within and outside of DFC.
  • Act as OCI's ambassador for learning and development, representing the Office's commitment to transformative impact at meetings, conferences, and other external engagements.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the continuous evolution of OCI's learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintain a high standard of communication and professionalism, responding to inquiries and correspondence in a timely and constructive manner.
