Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum two years' experience in Human Resources; Recruiting preferred
  • Best practices knowledge in recruiting (required)
  • Must be familiar with legal and Equal Opportunity employment regulations as related to recruiting and interviewing candidates
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to determine projected staffing needs and any special qualifications for anticipated positions.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers and HR Manager to create and update accurate job descriptions for all positions.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on each available role, industry standard and business needs.
  • Screens applications and conducts first level phone screenings with applicants to ensure they meet minimum qualifications for positions they are applying for. Recommends top candidates to hiring managers based on applicant screenings.
  • Schedules interviews in accordance with hiring managers’ availability, creates interview questions for use by hiring managers as necessary. May assist with interviews as needed.
  • Collaborates with hiring manager and/or Director – Human Resources during offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start date and other relevant details.
  • Maintains contact with potential candidates and ensures they remain appraised of their current status in the application process.
  • Builds talent pipelines; including but not limited to creating relationships with industry-based organizations, creating contacts with local and regional universities, creating contacts with industry specific job training programs, and attending job fairs.
  • Drafts recruitment advertisements for review by Director- Human Resources and posts to appropriate and most effective channels.
  • Posts all job openings to CentroMed website, intranet site, and appropriate recruiting channels.
  • Provides exceptional customer service to CentroMed employees and external stakeholders.
  • Understands and upholds CentroMed’s mission and values relating to ethics, integrity, safety, corporate responsibility and objectives.
  • Actively participates in maintaining high levels of excellent customer service internally and externally.
  • Abide by all policies and procedures set forth by CentroMed.
  • Ensures the protection and security of all personal, confidential and identifiable information in a professional and responsible manner and carries out all measures to prevent from unauthorized disclosures. Demonstrating and maintaining the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
  • Assists in training new employees in performing their job duties as requested.
  • Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
  • Performs other duties assigned.
  • Work must be performed on-site as designated.
