Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining a communication channel with multi-million dollar key accounts
  • Submitting spot bid quotes for proposed lanes to the Sales team for final pricing decisions before revealing business strategy to customers
  • Providing updates and resolutions to necessary stakeholders through summary reports and correspondence
  • Delegating action plans and ensuring accountability to self and others for various commitments/identified deliverables
  • Researching and attempting to remedy service issues on a daily basis
  • Reporting on fleet analytics and performance KPIs
  • Providing variance analysis and revenue-related reports
  • Driving process improvements to support direct customer experience
  • Providing both superior verbal and written communication throughout the intercompany, executive leadership and client based personnel
