Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining a communication channel with multi-million dollar key accounts
- Submitting spot bid quotes for proposed lanes to the Sales team for final pricing decisions before revealing business strategy to customers
- Providing updates and resolutions to necessary stakeholders through summary reports and correspondence
- Delegating action plans and ensuring accountability to self and others for various commitments/identified deliverables
- Researching and attempting to remedy service issues on a daily basis
- Reporting on fleet analytics and performance KPIs
- Providing variance analysis and revenue-related reports
- Driving process improvements to support direct customer experience
- Providing both superior verbal and written communication throughout the intercompany, executive leadership and client based personnel
