Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Customer engagement experience and the ability to develop relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Three to five years of Power Apps development and delivery experience.
  • One to five years of Power Automate experience focused on business process automation.
  • Advanced SharePoint Online experience with a proven understanding of how SharePoint fits into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Foundational knowledge with some experience in Power Pages, Dataverse, and Premium Capacities.
  • Understanding of user experience and user interface principles.
  • Intermediate to advanced experience and understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite of tools.
  • Ability to complete tasks with little to no supervision.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification, preferred upon hire but required within 90 days for an otherwise well-qualified candidate.
  • A Computing Environment certification relevant to the position, such as Microsoft Power Platform 100, 200, or 400; certification is preferred upon hire but may be acquired within 90 days for an otherwise well-qualified candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of data visualizations, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions.
  • Engage directly with customers to define project requirements and manage customer expectations.
  • Design, build, and maintain model-driven and canvas Power Apps to support and enhance program and organization operations.
  • Design and maintain automated workflows and business process integrations using Power Automate to enhance organizational efficiency and connectivity.
  • Author and contribute to technical documentation.
  • Author and deliver reference and training resources.
  • Define and document requirements.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Manage project details and schedules and provide project status updates.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience building model-driven applications in Power Apps.
  • Data architecture experience.
  • Experience supporting and interacting with senior leaders or executive-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of Power BI Premium Workspaces.
  • Ability to work with ambiguous or limited requirements.
  • Power BI development experience.
  • Understanding of data visualization solutions and data modeling.
