Requirements
  • Professional fluency in English and French is required to handle calls in both languages.
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism are required to deliver a high-end customer experience.
  • Candidates must be able to make decisions, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to team success.
  • Candidates need experience or training in hospitality, tourism, sales, customer service, or contact-center work, along with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Candidates must be able to navigate multiple computer systems while providing efficient and personalized service.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work full time in Canada.
  • Candidates must be available to work from 6:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., including weekends and holidays, with occasional weekends off.
  • Candidates must reside and work in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, or Prince Edward Island.
  • Candidates must be able to complete 4.5 weeks of initial paid in-person training in Moncton.
  • Candidates must have a suitable home workspace and a wired high-speed Internet connection; wireless and satellite connections are not accepted.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming calls in English and French and assist clients with booking rooms and suites at Accor luxury hotels worldwide.
  • Listen to each client's needs, recommend the ideal room or package, and confidently present premium options to enhance the stay.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and create meaningful experiences during each customer interaction.
  • Represent Accor's values by supporting responsible, ethical, and sustainable hospitality practices.
