Requirements
  • Be a Qualified attorney in an E.U. member state Or have several years of relevant post-qualification experience gained in a global organization and/or law firm
  • Have some experience in procurement in a multinational company
  • Have relevant professional experience in drafting and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including supply agreements, master services agreements, strategic supply agreements, consulting agreements
  • Be a proactive business-oriented person with a hands-on mentality and the ability to identify and prioritize issues and provide pragmatic solutions to key stakeholders
  • Fluent business English and Italian written and spoken.
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the procurement process from supplier onboarding to supplier usage from contract standpoint
  • Supporting the Procurement team in the international commercial agreements negotiation, including, terms and conditions for purchase, strategic supply, indirect sourcing and other operational and commercial agreements
  • Collaborating with the Global Supply Chain legal team in the organization of sourcing legal training
  • Supporting the Procurement team on its development of processes and procedures
  • Supporting the Global Supply Chain legal in managing special project teams, as requested
