(RTTNews) - Baker Hughes Co. (BKR), an energy technology company, announced Monday that it has agreed to acquire Continental Disc Corp., a provider of safety-critical pressure management solutions, in an all-cash deal for around $540 million.
Taylor Jones and Josh Boland will join Baker on the sidelines at White Auditorium this season.
Baker Hughes, a leading American energy technology company, announced that it entered an agreement with Cactus Inc., a U.S.-based manufacturer of pressure control equipment, to establish a joint venture (JV) that provides surface pressure control (SPC) services.
Pumpsandsystems is excited to partner with Baker Hughes in the Joint Venture operating SPC, as their partnership will be instrumental to transition key administrative services and will assist in a smooth transition of critical customer relationships and long-term contracts.
In a separate deal, Baker Hughes will partner with ACWA Power to pilot innovations in green hydrogen production, with a focus on safe and efficient electrolysis solutions that could eventually lead to localized manufacturing of hydrogen technology in the Kingdom.
