Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from inception to completion.
Liaise with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and requirements.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure seamless execution.
Handle on-site event management, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting.
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports.
Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in event planning or coordination.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of event management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
