Senior Business Systems Analyst

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise, and technically-feasible solution designs.
• Lead the conceptualization and design of AI solutions, with an emphasis on agent architectures, including the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents. Identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements in areas such as property management, leasing, investment analysis, and market intelligence.
• Design and develop knowledge graphs to model complex relationships within business data, enabling more sophisticated AI-powered insights and decision-making.
• Define and maintain data models that support the development and deployment of AI solutions within enterprise applications.
• Document detailed solution designs, including data flows, system integrations, and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Experience in designing and integrating AI solutions within existing enterprise application landscapes (e.g., CRM, ERP, SCM).
• Experience defining data models to support AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience in driving projects to completion on their own.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in designing and implementing enterprise solutions leveraging agent architectures, including a strong understanding of agent frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience in designing and utilizing knowledge graphs for enhanced data understanding and AI capabilities.
• Experience in the commercial real estate domain, including familiarity with CRE systems, processes, and data.
• Experience with cloud platforms and their AI/ML services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with teams.

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will drive the design and implementation of AI-powered solutions within Google's enterprise application landscape. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
