  • 10+ years of relevant quota carrying experience in a SaaS organization
  • A track record of sales excellence, especially with strategic customers (10,000+ employees) at an executive level.
  • Experience prospecting new business in a new territory.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills.
  • Experience in complex or technical fields.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Relentlessly resourceful and able to accomplish challenging tasks.
  • Bilingual in French, German, and/or Spanish.
Responsibilities
  • Sell Watershed to leading lighthouse logos within FTSE/DAX/CAC 50 companies.
  • Develop the Watershed sales playbook for winning lighthouse logos.
  • Take Watershed into new market segments.
  • Shape Watershed’s product strategy by sharing feedback from customers.
  • Become an expert in climate and educate companies on carbon reduction targets, clean energy, carbon removal, and decarbonizing supply chain.
  • Help build the sales team.
