  • Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective and existing customers by providing how MuleSoft Anypoint Platform can bring together their digital investments into an application network which will enable faster change and innovation
  • Partner with account executives on account planning and strategy and serve as technical solution authority to scope, plan and deliver product presentations and demonstrations that are tailored to client's technical requirements and audience
  • Respond to customer request for information/technical proposal document (RFx)
  • Conduct technical discovery meetings with customers to document, analyze, clarify business and technical requirements to craft detailed solution proposal
  • Develop proofs of concept (PoCs), deliver architecture reframe and white-boarding sessions to demonstrate to the customer the art of possible with proposed solution, the technical depth of MuleSoft's product offering and to develop future state architectures
  • Provide post-sales technical guidance and support to the client's technical team to drive adoption utilization of MuleSoft's solutions and digital transformation success
  • Partner with marketing teams as technical expert leading activities such as demo driven webinars, technical workshops, speaking at industry events, writing blogs etc
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of MuleSoft's products by defining and developing industry specific POVs (point of views) and assets, providing feedback from the field to product marketing and engineering teams on customer feedback and product gaps
