  • Experience supporting end to end e-discovery solutions, including a technical understanding of Relativity
  • Strong sales orientation and a positive, service-oriented personality
  • Five years of experience supporting SaaS applications, including four or more years in sales engineering, client services or consulting
  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) required
  • Relativity Expert status preferred, otherwise ability to obtain Relativity Expert within 12 months of employment
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to travel 25%
  • Ability to multitask and self-manage workload
Responsibilities
  • Supporting end to end e-discovery solutions
  • Playing a key role in acquiring and growing accounts through technical sales consulting
  • Participating in sales calls and meetings with account executives and partners
  • Assisting with presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborating with partner marketing departments and account executives
  • Supporting RFx and third party risk assessment workflows
  • Capturing prospect/customer requirements
  • Writing sales proposals detailing how Relativity's solutions address business needs
  • Developing expertise in Relativity's security postures
  • Educating partners on RFx and TPRA best practices
  • Delivering product feedback to the product management team
  • Collaborating on necessary documentation and presentations
  • Attending and presenting at industry events
  • Developing and maintaining subject matter expertise in product and industry
  • Understanding sales process as it relates to Relativity's strategies and objectives
